Definitely not, the under 21 job includes very little work other than next summer at the European Championships, and can still do a fantastic job at City and get us into Europe in the next five years. He is an incredible talent and it would be a shame for him to tarnish his reputation by permanently coaching the junior national team, which inevitably will end with the sack.

I'd like him to make up his mind about what he wants to do. I think he shouldn't have two jobs on the go, he should devote his time to one regardless of the pay he gets. Man City are a club who have been erratic over the years and they should have a manager who's 100% commited to them. If he does leave - it be great if they could get a high profile manager in.

Yes he should. He's done everything he could with Man City and I believe that he can't do 2 jobs at once, he's not Superman.
