How poorest should get out from poverty cercle and what is your contribution in his poverty eradication?

The father of the nation,Mahatma Gandhiji, asked poorers to devote themselves hand spinning popularly known as "The Charka" he started khadi movement in 1915 at sabarmati ashram. In 1917 fought against Indigo planters at Champaran.savagram, sarvodaya and self-help and mutual help these are the some experiments. morever he asked everybody" recall the face of poorest of the poor and ask yourself what is use of you in his eradication of starvetion and shelterlessness. so on may grate leaders like shri.Rabinadranath Tagore,Mr F.L.brayne, Mrs Spencer Hatch Jugatram Dev, Hildar Cashimose,and many other individuals effeort and many dynesties fought againest poverty eradication and in building civilization for better society. Along with above after Independence government also planning poverty eradication through initially community development, indutrial development foodgraine or hybreed techinics, unempoyment, women empowerment and infrastructure development for better society.

This is a very difficult question and I am not sure whether my
answer will be correct or not.
1,All the cultiviable/semicultiviable land which is at present not in
use to be given to cultivators on lease on a small rent.This will
enhance the food production and food prices may come down
and people will be able to eat.
2.All able body people should be given some days' work in a
given year in road building,canal digging,water reservoir digging etc.
3. Their will be open air schools under a tree or in a suitable
place where unemployed matrculates,intermediates,graduates
will be asked to look after 30 small children.These children
will be examined after sixth standard.The remuneration of the
teacher will depend on their results.Teachers will be paid
Rs 1000 to Rs 3ooo depending on the results of their wards.
These teachers will teach basic hygiene to the people around.

I am one of those poverty stricken people living on the governments life long income for having a broken body. I can't see where I can change that and I also don't see my local government setting in motion a way to give us disabled souls better lifestyles.

There are many countries that are going through poverty,and the many things that you speak of but it`s not in our power to deliberate them. That will be the job of our government,war has to end before peace can be made.
