Their is this couple I know.they are middle class,drive a car,pay all ther tax's have a mortage.Bring up children unfunded.Put the right type of rubbish in their wheelie bin.What should I do.As just like the government and all the leftie pc brigade, feel they are to blame for every single thing that has gone wrong in the world to date.Only this morning I heard the husband say (sorry to use this type of language,children look away) he was English !.................

Hello, I didnt really understand the description part of the question unless you meant they are mean to their children, but I think that it depends on the crime they commit, how safely you can tell the police, and if the police will actually do anything about it. If they are abusing children I would definitely report it because children can't take care of themselves as much. They have little defense against an adult. I think we should be able to help them.
