They don't hate Americans, they hate American political leaders that threaten world peace that's all.

They don't, but this is the trouble when you isolate yourself too much, paranioa creeps in, Americans don't travel much outside their country as much as Europeans do, this is in part due to the fact that they don't get as much free time for vacation, most American companies will only let you take week of at a time, where the hell can you go in week I ask you, so most don't bother, besides there is so much to see in the US most don't really feel the need.
Anyway what I am trying to say is that you need to travel and see for yourself if people really hate you, and you will be suprised to find that in general that they don't, please don't take what you read on here as an example of what the world thinks of American people, sure you are going to get people whinging on about the war in Iraq, I am English an I got a into an argument while I was in Greece, and this was before the war had started, but it wasn't a personel thing just a difference of opinion thats all.
If anyone is small minded enough to say to your face that they hate you because of your nationality, then they are not worth bothereing about, and you will find that these people are very far and few between.

They dont. But I think peolpe that have been bombed by american planes and had family killed or had some of there family shoot by american soldiers, they have very little reason to love americans. Most peolpe see the difference between what american politic do to change the world and the people in america. Then you have the fanatics that would see any american as a target, but there will always exist those nuts. But the point is that most peolpe dont hate americans but they can disagree with american politic and how it change the world.

It's not jealousy. The word is envy. They want what they
either don't or can't have. It's human nature. In other countries
they don't have what we have. Their governments control
"EVERYTHING". For them to even speak out against
injustice is a crime and they could be shot or imprisoned.
Over things we see as routine and normal. The only thing
they can envy is the United States, because the
government has "programed" them. I'm not saying we
have the perfect utopia here in the US but I promise
you we have more freedom of expression and liberty.
But don't believe me. Your next vacation go overseas.
It will give you a hole new appreciation for home.

Jealousy. Because we have the following:
1. We invented cheeseburgers
2. We have the most beautiful women on the planet.
3. We have the most beautiful beaches on the planet.
4. Cold beer.
5. Deodorant.
6. Rock 'n' Roll (and don't give me that "Beatles" crap. They stole everything from Buddy Holly.
7. Clubs.
8. Pizza delievery.
9. Super Bowl commercials.
10. Did I mention the American women? Well then you can also ad "no burkas."
Plus we don't riot and kill each other over cartoons. We're cool like that.

Yes you have by allowing your government to continue to exploit and abuse the third world for profit . .
When you hire people to make coat hangers for .50 cents a day cause they live in a mud hut bathe in a river and hunt rat for food how are you helping them .
Thats exploitation in my book friend and you are doing nothing to change this like writing your congressman .
