I would be offended! yes!
Politicians are turds & the lowest form of life.
By calling me one that would mean a person sees me as greedy, deceitful, corrupt, fake, and a million other dispicable things.
Not sure the word is dirty but it has many dirty connotations.

when defining the word 'Politician', what strikes me first is the individuals ability to pursuade, create and oppose arguments. when defining the word more critically it is 'someone involved in politics'. at this current moment in time i am NOT involved in politics, so i would not react but just call you a Lemon-Muffin.
