1) Expand out the equations.
19x - (3*5x - 3*0.065) = 3x + 0.615
19x - 15x - 0.195 = 3x + 0.615
2) Bring all the X to the left side, and all the numbers without X to the right side. (remember to change the negative/positive sign when switching sides)
19x - 15x - 3x = 0.615 + 0.195
3) Simplify the equation (add them up)
x = 0.615 + 0.195
x = 0.81

ok, but just this time
first you should do the multiplication, that way you get -15X-,195, then you apply it to the equation and get
19x-15x-0,195=3x+0.615
4x - 0.195=3x+0.615
move the xes to the left side and the numbers to the right, so you get
4x-3x=0.615+0.195
x=0.615+0.195
X=0.81
