Ive been told by a doctor that ice has iron in it, but water doesnt so, where does it come from and where does it go?

Water contains traces of iron and other minerals in a dissolved state.When it becomes ice on freezing they will be still be there as ompurities.

Your doctor had better go back and take some of his classes over again. He's wrong assuming that the water that froze was pure..
