If evolution is real then you won't. However, if one of your children has a mutation that causes this to happen and if having that third arm and keeping his back scratched and butt cleaned helps him to survive and procreate then it may become a family trait for your descendants. If it's really an advantage, then your family could one day dominate the human race.

Mankind hasn't had a need for a third arm, so we won't grow one. This takes hundreds of thousands of years to grow one, but we have grown an average of 5 inches in 300 years

evolution can be called as a result of adaption
first of all organisms adapt themselves to their requirement and then they evolve
there is no need of a third arm
what you want to do can be done by your existing arms
arms of your descenders may grow longer

it is believed that you may be able to fly without any machine after a ten crore years or so

Uhh not very funny joke. Humans are actually devolving, or the reverse to evolving. With all the modern technology life has become to easy. Survival and adaption. The lion is the King of the jungle, that's why it has survived for so long. I could go into it more but I would be wasting time.

it seems the designer used only ones and twos in all of creatures I guess that makes us all kin folk in a way, and to think all have the same number of eyes which is aways above the one nose which is above the one mouth which is in front of the two ears. It just happened that way, not in a hundred trillion light years
