Yes, a virgin can get pregnant though it is not a common thing (an entire situation that I will not get into). And, you certainly could not get pregnant through layers of clothing.
In the future, if your boyfriend masturbates, make sure he washes his hands well before touching you. Chances of getting pregnant that way are very slim but, since sperm are good swimmers and can live in the air for a short period of time, it is always a possibility. Washing his hands with soap and water will assure that there are no sperm to enter your body.
As for your heavy period, don't worry about it. A female's period can vary tremendously. Light one month, heavy another, clots one time but not the next, cramps and backache sometimes but not other times...that is because our cycles are influenced by other factors.
