Limewire sucks.
If you want top quality and no intrusive software download a decent bit torrent client like utorrent and go over to www.torrentspy.com and search there. You will find every episode multiple times and look for the format to be Xvid or Divx top quality full screen viewing on your PC.
Last 2 weeks due to Sky+ mishaps I have missed both 24 and battlestar galactica got both episodes same night in top quality.

they are streams, but at least you can watch them
also search google for 'veoh' and download the player. if you find it on veoh you can actually download it
