I think that the guys over at MIT are working on a device that can be worn by people sort of like a pair of sunglasses. Whenever the device detects illogical and stupic brain waves being activated, it ZAPS the wearer with about 50 volts of electricity.
After the person recovers from a slight and unavoidable period of disorientation, they feel much better and begin to again think logically and can reason through most anything.
It protects society agains people asking stupid questions or doing stupid things.
I think that most of the people in Washington are going to be required to wear them 24/7.

Whatever it is I'm sure it will have a chip and a button. Of course it is something to make us a little more lazy. Prehaps something we can strape to our backs the size of a small note-book that converts to a full size bed, so we can take a nap on demand.

it will mostly be a combination of a few things.
Like how the cell phone companies put phone, mp3 player and camera and whatever in the world now they are putting in and calling it their own invention.
