No
1. He turned his back on vouchers and signed into law what Rush Limbaugh calls the "Ted Kennedy authored education bill."
2. He dramatically expanded entitlements and spending with his prescription drug bill.
3. He did not cut spending after we lkaunched the war in Iraq. When Truman was president and we entered the Korean war, non-defense discretionary spending was cut by 20% across the board. Bush meanwhile signs the drug bill, the education bill (which increased spending at the Department of Education by 50%) and the pork-filled transportation bill.
4. The warrantless wire taps are absolutely unacceptable.
5. He knowingly lied when he told us Rumsfeld would stay on until the end of his presidency.
6. He mismanaged the war in Iraq costing lives, limbs and billions in tax dollars. When we leave we will still have to send billions in aid to Iraq and spend billions more to provide healthcare for our wounded soldiers.
7. He mismanaged Afghanistan. Had we stayed there with a sizable force of 60,000 we could have made the country a model for Middle East democracy, while creating good will (winning hearts and minds).
8. He threw a White House reception for a communist dictator from China and when a protestor (whom Limbaugh called "a freedom fighter) spoke out at the reception Bush responded by apologizing to the dictator IN THE OVAL OFFICE.
9. Six years after 9/11 he has failed to secure the borders.
10. He failed to get his agenda passed when his own party held congress. No social security reform. No drilling in ANWR. His Harriet Miers nomination was laughed out of Congress.
He has been a TERRIBLE president.

There are things about President Bush that I like and things that I don't like.
That isn't what is important. What is important is that I support and respect the office that he holds.
Respect being the key word.
It is sad that so many of our young men and women (and a few misguided adults) in the country have no idea what that word means to the sanctity of our country.

For me to like or dislike somebody I have to know them personally.
I don't like his policies. That's different then liking or disliking the person.

No, because he is a fascist, a liar, and because of his failure to uphold the constitution. He is doing irreparable damage to the country.

Definitely not, and for many reasons. He should not have been President and I did not vote for him. He can't even give a straight answer when asked one.

I like and respect President Bush very much! He has kept his civility in the wake of crushing insults and he has also maintained his tough position in Iraq. History will prove that he is correct in so doing!
