it's not as easy as it might seem to some.
u need very high intelligence and good grip on urself to make people laugh. a good timing and presence of mind help a lot.
try to see funny side of everything, and u need to present these to people in an uncommon, funny yet enlightening manner.
see contradictions in seemingly smooth conversations and routine inter-personal transactions. bring them into focus.
learn to present what u conceive in convincing manner, so u might need to have some vocal training and basic acting abilities to control ur expressions.
all in all, u need to feel genuinely happy when people laugh heartily, and i think rest everything will fall in place.

dont take yourself too seriously, don't be too cruel, and say things with a smile.
watch comedy on tv, find out what makes YOU laugh, then make your words come from a place where you want to make people happy.

Look at the person in the eye and say the most random word you can think of. Then when they start laghing start being all dramatic that you were being serous. It works all the time!!
