It is usually best to use both hands. That is the best form of gun control that I am aware of.

"Gun Control" at its worst is HR1022, presented on 2/14/07 by Representative Carolyn McCarthy (Democrat-New York) in the U.S. House, to reinstate the Clinton gun ban and to outlaw millions of additional firearms, including all semiautomatic shotguns and the beloved M-1 Garand rifle, which is used for target shooting competition and loved by collectors and veterans. Ever heard of an M-1 used in commission of a crime?
Pretty safe assumption that Senators Hillary Clinton and/or Charles Schumer of New York put Caroline McCarthy up to presenting HR1022, maybe even wrote it for her, and are waiting with baited breath to ram it through the Senate.
Write your representative in congress and let him or her know that HR1022 is intolerable and must be defeated. I am writing to mine, Representative Todd Akin of Missouri.

Sight alignment is another very important piece.
Gun control is defined as hitting what you shot at.
