Well the people in your age group weren't even born in the 70's and the folks that love the 70's are either Disco fans or GenX'rs while the 80's fans are either into Punk/New Wave or Heavy Metal for the most part. The 70's is the era of Cocaine and casual sex, the 80's is safe sex and just say no.
You also say 90's weekend and that sounds like the era that you'll find the most in common and the most of your own age group.
I'd say go for the 90's but the 70's will probably have the craziest party people.
Personally I'm in my late-mid 40's and I'd choose the 80's.

The clothes in the 70's were the best! very sensual!
80's were too contrived - all that hairspray, hairgel and shoulder pads stuff going on!!!!
80's especially late 80's had the best music!!!
But for your age group i should go to the 90's as the men will be younger!!
They are full of single men and are great fun if the company is good!
So go on - have a ball!!

I am 35 and I would go for the 80s because that was my time.
I think if you go for the 70s you will find more young people since it's more of a retro thing where the 80s would probably be a "blast from the past" weekend for people my age.

I'm in my twenties and I'd go for the 80s out of the 70s and 80s, but in your expiration you mention the 90s too. Out of the 3 I'd go for the 90s as it is my era.

80's definitely. I was a teenager in the early 80's and we had brilliant music - Blondie, Nik Kershaw, Duran Duran etc. While we couldn't have been called the most stylish of decades, we were better than the dayglo 70's. Britain was on an economic boom in the 80's and technology was making a huge surge.

the 1970's was great all of today's R and B has its roots firmly placed in that era, Glam rock was a bit naff but disco was great if my girls are 23 25 and 28 and they really enjoyed a butlins disco break
1980's was OK the early stuff but look at what you listen to now and the decide based on that
