It was on C4 in the late 80s/early 90s. It was about TV and was on Fridays - that's all I remember.

Presented by Anthony H Wilson and featured such comic luminaries as Phil Cornwall and Brenda Gilhooly, I believe.

Seem to recall they used "Hit the Road, Jack" and "Get off of my Cloud" as music when contenstants were eliminated.

I remember a video game called Remote Control. I didn't even realize it was a show.

Remote Control was great. Used to come on Mtv. Colin Quinn was the best host, and there was really hot dark haired chick who co-hosted. Loved that show.

I loved that show!!! Any tv gameshows with tv questions are the best. But, I believe that KEN OBER was the host. Colin Quinn was also on it.

Another fun gameshow, that I really miss, was "Hollywood Showdown." It was hosted by Todd Newton. It had questions on ONLY television, movies, and music.

I LOVED that show

I always wanted to be a contestant

and the studio audience sang "na na na na, na na na na, hey hey hey, good-bye" when somebody was kicked off. then their lazy-boy chair (with the contestant in it) crashed through the wall and they were gone.
