1) Oh, it’s hot in here! PRESENT SIMPLE Something happening at or around the moment of speaking (simple because it's a state)
I’ll open a window "WILL" FUTURE Something decided at the moment of speaking

2) Jim’s outside.PRESENT SIMPLE Something happening at or around the moment of speaking (simple because it's a state)
He’s repairing the car PRESENT CONTINUOUS Something happening at or around the moment of speaking

3) I’ve been sitting here for the last hour! PRESENT PERFECT CONTINUOUS Something which started in the past and continues up to the moment of speaking

4) Liverpool are definitely going to win the
championship. "GOING TO" FUTURE Something which is predicted, based on evidence of some kind (in this instance I think the evidence is at fault, Manchester United might be a better example!)

5) Did you see “Total Recall” last night? PAST SIMPLE Something which happened in the past where the time is mentioned or understood

6) When I went to bed PAST SIMPLE Something which happened in the past where the time is mentioned or understood
the sun was coming up. PAST CONTINUOUS Something already in progress at a particular moment in the past

7) Vegetarians don’t eat meat. PRESENT SIMPLE Something that is always true

If you know the sentence and the use of the tense then you can do this yourself. It's not that difficult for someone who is studying grammar, as you must be.
