No I don'.t think so. I have nursed patients in a coma and when they have finally come round they did not mention bees, only that they often could hear what people in the room were saying.

I think bee's are a big part of it. possible that theyy might also dream of some nookie. sometimes i think they arent sleeping at all, just awake but unable to do anything but sit there trapped like being buried alive. the bee's must terrify them.
