I fail to understand that why you are asking this question but still let me tell you one thing that Indians are the most intelligent people all over the world and your Albert Einstein too believe it .Sharing Knowledge with everybody is not a wrong thing.Not only Indians but people all over the world who want to go outside their native country to study and share knowledge should ofcourse go and make a better part of world.

Absolutely not!....... they should stay in India...where they are familiar with the customs...many of which are not found in the rest of the world.
