Cancer is the state where cells double uncontrollably as a result of a number of dysfunctions. I don't think the number of the cells has anything to do, so I would say yes. But that's just my opinion!

Any cell can mutate or be damamged in some way.... thats pretty much the idea... probablly not Free Stylin next to a bunch of healthy ones it would prob be an affected area.

Yes, it is possible, even for a single celled creature. Cancer can attack anyone.
