Most of the staff where I work order pizza in, scarfe down popcorn and gossip about "clients" while these "clients wait for hours and hours to be seen.

They all did. It was hard work, and each man had to pull their weight onboard. Sometimes, even doubling up work and effort.

lol, about the same then, there is 70 ppl in the call centre and i am on Q & A and i am a supervisor....
