How to brominate Toluene to 2,4-dibromo Toluene? Should use of FeBr3 as catalyst work? Any idea of temp, etc?

Here they use FBr, EtOH and FCCl3

You need a lewis acid to do it in not to hard conditions.
Photochemical approach will be nice too, like Br2, FeBr3, hv room temp.
