Use a lint free cloth and some isopropyl. Then wipe in straight lines not circles. If this still doesn't help take the disc to a gamestation store who can clean it with a machine for a few £'s.

Just use a really soft cloth and wipe the disk from the inside to out. Go in a straight line, not in circles.

I had a friend that worked at a game store and he told me to spray pledge (not orange oil) on it and take a soft cloth and wipe it off. It workes pretty good if you do it right.

a good way is to get a cotton bud, you know the ones you use for your ears, and follow a circle round the disk, it gets all dust of and any bits of grit thats there
