Is Matt Watcher really leaving the band or is that just a rumor and if he is leaving are they going to find a new bassest or is the band just going to call it quits?

No, Matcher really is leaving the band. He said he decided it's time for him to spend more time with his family.
Thirty Seconds to Mars is probably going to find a new bassist. Their at a really popular point in their band history and probably wouldn't make that decision to quit. Before he was going to quit, they said they were going to start their 3rd Album after their tour. They'll probably follow through with that. But you can never tell honestly. And who knows, maybe after a some years with family, Matt might come back.
