If you don't have a scanner at home, go to an internet cafe and ask for your picture to be scanned for you.Take a removable disk with you:like a diskette.so that you save the picture on it after you've opened the file.*after a having picture file on the computer,the cafe attendant will delete it after you live,that's why you have to save it on a diskette for future use.
Ask the cafe attendant for help in retrieving your picture after scanning.They tend to save the picture in some files known to them, so if you don't ask you might not be able to view your picture after scanning.let him/her help you save it on diskette if can't do it.Diskettes are sold at internet cafes.If you buy one from the internet cafe,make sure it has being formatted.Or you can open the picture file on the diskette to make sure you have it on the diskette after saving it,else you might have "empty" diskette and pay to have your picture scanned again if deleted.I hope you do understand.
