My car was frozen this morning (and I live near Portsmouth)! Definitely still boot weather!

Well you have the short ones, so no, it's still not to hot. But be careful, because it may be too hot to wear them next week. The weather is changing pretty quick!

I live in southeast and wore boots yesterday, i didnt realise it was to hot to wear boots!

It's still freezing out so go ahead. I wear my boots all year round, unless it's ridiculously hot

If it's still winter where you live, then yes, wear them. I'd stop wearing boots by mid-spring...April.
