Yes, I'm a Durbanite and of 3 tribes. Durban has Zulus, Xhosas, Ndebeles, Swatis, Mpondos, Tembes, and Indians. I guess I could also mention some of the Irish ones, but those are too many.....

Durban is found in KwaZulu natal. Kwa means Home of or Kingdom of and Zulu is a cultural group found within that area.

So yes in a way, the "tribe" in durban are the Zulu's.

Proud... i dont know if you are serious, but i'm still half off my chair in laughter...gee! you're a work of art, funny and smart...i enjoy your posts....(",)
Adam g, i'm not sure what you mean... but i think durban is flocked with both the zulu (Nguni tribe)...and Indians. Havent really spent much time there to judge accurately, but i think the Nguni tribe is the majority ...though they dont live in one big village and perform rituals everyday... Kwazulu (meaning home of the zulu, who fall under the nguni tribe, which consists of Xhosa, Ndebele and Swati)
