What are the age and other requirements for elected offices?

Such as mayor, and as a member of congress? Also what other city, county, or state elected positions are there a person can run for?

If possible, could you list sources of information or point in the right direction in order to help me out?

For mayor, at least 25 years of age
For Congress, at least 35
For president, at least 45 years old. In city of state one can run for councilor,
