TruValue stores sell bricks of all sizes / colors. You might want to try any home improvement store in your area. Or a rock quarry.

There are two general types of brick;paving and construction. Pavers are finished on the top and bottom( the big flat side) and construction on the sides. You really don't want to use the wrong type. Because they are only finished on certain sides, the unfinished side will deteriorate if exposed to the elements.(that flaking you see sometimes is for that reason) Since this is landscape I will asume you want to pave with them. I go to salvage yards and get antique brick. They are better looking because they were handmade and so aren't perfect, and often have some wear so they have a great feel to them when the walk is done. They are not the cheapest, but will outlast most modern pavers (they don't make em like that anymore...). They will be much easier to find East of the Rockies as they were used earlier than taht part of the country was settled. Another great paver (expensive and only available on the East coast are ballast block. They are stones cut into rectangles that were used to weigh sailing ships down because they came to the US empty and left full. They are the real cobblestone used in this country and are soooo sweet. Philly still has a bunch in use , but sadly many were paved over. If you can find them , use them! I hope I helped. If you were looking for another type of brick (ganja,whatever..)that's not my area of expertise. Take care!

Not sure if Lowe's carries bricks, but look in your yellow pages under construction or building supplies. Or if you lack morals, you could find a construction site and just slip one out.
