Do you mean interpret something to find it's true meaning? I can do that.

many people can read between the lines. It is a matter of knowing how to read in the inferential or interpretive level. But first, one has to go through the literal level. It may not be easy at first, but eventually, one gets the hang of it. (actually, there is the third level and it is the critical level of reading.)
