You can't. Everyone says don't worry, but you will. So do the best you can to prepare. Know your stuff, and tell yourself you know your stuff.
Have an early night the night before. Have a good hearty breakfast. Then try to forget the exam.
(I once sat for 40 mins in a 2-hour exam with a mental block. I just stared out of the window and forgot the exam. When I went back to the paper, it all became clear. I had a lot of scribbling to do, but I finished it. And I passed!)

Even I have my boards math exam on 8th March. Still I dont fear, it doesn't mean that I am totally prepared in math. It is just confidence that matters. Don't keep studying all the time take some time to realise your potential by taking some tests. Don't keep thinking about test continuously, take some time for recreation, and get mentally balanced by things like meditation, yoga etc. Keep yourself busy by doing anything that doesn't bring fear in "U".
MATH needs practice Please do this so that you gain confidence and get assured that you will do well in your tests.

leave the fear in your mind and heart. Think positively and deeply. Don't make any sence of humour in your mind. Free your mind in the sky like birds for better future. Study Two hours and take rest for 1/2 an hour. Free your mind for some time don't think about maths and all other subjects for that time.

Take a break - If you have a terrace in the house - get up there and just stay put in one place and look around. Try not to think about your exam. Relax your mind, you need to calm down.

Hope it helps.

inversely because of the fact the sq. of the area d from the bulb potential that I = ok/d^2 the place ok is a few unknown consistent. making use of the figures they provide you a hundred = ok/25 so ok = 2500 50 = 2500/d^2 d^2 = 2500/50 = 50 so d =sqrt(50) m (7 * 7 is 40 9 so 7.a million seems actual looking.)
