are you kidding? get more sleep at home. go to bed ealier, take less caffeine.
if you're sleepy on a particular day, and prone to falling asleep easily, then keep yourself busy, get up from your desk regularly to get the blood flowing, go outside and get some fresh air.

Sometimes feeling sleepy or tired is a sign of dehydration. Drink about an 8oz glass of water and take a quick walk around the building or parking lot if the weather's nice. Fresh air is also an energy booster!

Hire a naked girl to keep walking by the window.
Have the secretary keep coming in and hitting you in the face.
Tell the boss and ask if you can go home to sleep. I bet you can and then it won't be in the office.
leave the office and stand in the middle of the freeway.
I bet you cancome up with something or get fired.
