I have been divorced for years and have 2 children and have found the family court not sympatic to what has happened. There has been no help available to me. The contact changeover Centre should of been an automatic priority to me as I was a victim of crime. Why is there all this red tape involved and the years just pass by.

eAll the rd tape has to do with the people before you!!! Don't take it personally, but it's the ones that misuse the system to get what they want, and then the honest ones have to deal with all the red tape....and if they do it for one, they have to do it for all. 30 + years ago there was never a security deposit put down to rent a place...but so many people tore the place up or got behind on their rent and the landlords were losing money...so now they have a security deposit. Now...it's almost impossible to get it back even if one paints the place. Over all...it's not your or the courts fault for all that red tape...it's the ones that scamed the system thats making it hard.
