I bite my nails really, REALLY short. Its looks nasty but I just can't stop it! Done it my whole life and no matter how hard I try to stop, I always start again :-(

Picking at the skin from round the bottom and sides of my nails. I make them sore but that doesn't stop me.

clean freak,cant help it,no matter how hard I try to tone it down,I catch myself picking fuzz balls of the rugs,carpet,hard floors,etc. My constant scrubbing,washing,drives my family nuts,lol
