I don't think that I have found that person yet. But do you think that been in a relationship with someone that you do love but don't feel that they are your sole mate.

There was a point in time that I believed in soul mates, believed there was someone for everyone, but now I doubt any of it. I am a 28yo twice divorced mother and have doubts with anything anymore. First husband and I were exact opposites at the time... huge disaster!! Second husband was what I thought was my soul mate. Our lives seemed to be in perfect harmony together. We were best friends and more, but this was a cover up. He really didn't want me, or to be married. It was the idea of a family that sparked his curiosity, which I mistook for love. I can't say if there is a soul mate for everyone or not, but I personally have stopped looking.

yes i think we do. but i also think that we (especially women) don't give some people a chance because they are not what we think they should be. there are a lot of good men out there that some women will not give the time of day because he's not in a 6 or 7 figure job, he doesn't drive a nice enough car, or he doesn't live in a big enough house. if you truly want to find your soul mate, you have to be willing to stop looking for people based on what they have and concentrate more on what type of person they are. once you do that, he/she will be easy to find.

No I don't believe in soul mates. I do however believe in love and marriage and that everyone has at least 1 someone waiting to find them
Sometimes on the path of life you are lucky to find more than 1 but you must be open to finding love not searching for your perfect mate or your soul mate

Yes I believe we do.

BUT, I also believe it might not be the person you marry, or even someone of the opposite sex. My best friend is my soul mate... she's a person who understands every single thing about me, and we share the same thoughts and ideas about so many things. I would be lost in this world without her!

I'm not sure about that. I beleive that there is someone out there for everyone I just find it tough looking for them. I gave up on looking for a girlfriend quite a while back and when that someone wants to find me I'll still be in the same place.

I believe that if it's true, that everyone has a soul mate, they will pay hell trying to find it!
I've been married 5 times, and haven't come close yet, lol.

I used to believe that we all have soul mates.
Now I believe that you only have life partners, and that the person you choose to live your life with isn't always the best out there.
I believe there could always be someone else who is better for you out there.

i used to belive in soul mates. but i dont think i do anymore... if you love someone you love them. you cant help it.. you might break up with them or you might spend the rest of your life with them and all that matters is that your happy.. dont waste your time looking for your soul mate. just spend your time looking for someone to love and who loves you back.

No I don't believe in that. If you think the person is for you, you must fight for it to work. If there is such a thing called soulmate why is there divorce. Why are there man and women who did not marry in their life and died single?
