I reckon that we could get by with a budget half the size.
Think of the difference the other half of the money could make in terms of sanitation; road quality; TV-scriptwriters; or catching corrupt politicians through sending in undercover agents posing as clients making bribing proposals.

The budget for common wealth game in 2010 is 500 cr.& The budget for commonwealth youth game in 2008 in pune is 50 cr. is not enough for these competition.
