wait a minute, do you mean "how can you make new friends?"
If that's your question, then you just need to be an extrovert, and you need to know how to interact with people. I mean your behavior counts alot. I don't know how to explain what i'm trying to tell you. Just be polite, always smile, serving e.t.c.
I make friends where ever I go. I just don't know how and why but all I know is that I automaticlly make friends.This is perhaps because of my personality. I don't know if I'm answering your question but just be natural.

its easy, yet difficult to make them feel comfortable. first of all, you should give them a warm smile, talk to them in a nice and friendly manner. "yo, where did you get your shoes from? they're beautiful" sometimes, you need to treat them like you know them for a very long period of time. you need skills in doing that. if you treat them modestly they will do the same to you and that will make both parties very awkward.
