I had a small boil on my breast, which got healed after treatment but the scar it now left is now bigger than the wound and I now notice that scar is expanding daily.

You are probably a keloid(hypertrophic scar) former. Try Allantoin(generic) A company markets this as Contractubex. If it doesn't help, a dermatologist can help you. I think they inject the scar with steroids or whatever to prevent the keloid form worsening. If not, your last resort would be a plastic surgeon.

It can be keloid (not sure my spelling) a scar that grew and become bigger after operation. You can have it operated by a doctor and the latter will prescribe an ointment that will finish off the scar.

My wife had several major surgeries. We use a product call Mederma. It really works to shrink scars - there's generic versions - I buy Mederma on the internet and get a much better price than I can in local pharmacies - buy the larger size tube. I think it's 1.4 oz.

There are special bandaids that are supposed to prevent scarring and aid healing. Also, you could use vitamin E oil, rubbed into the scar.

Use butterfly clips, which are a form of adhesive to hold the skin together, and stop it from expanding.Usually band aid companies make them and supermarkets and pharmacies sell them
Gravity is causing the skin to stretch.
It's the old stretch mark that everyone tries to avoid.
