Well you can get him an ipod shuffle, it's an electronic and teens love electronics.
Shuffles (the new ones) go for about $78 dollars.
A little over 70 dollars, or if he already has one, buy him accesories for his electronics...skins for a cell phone, skins for an Mp3 player, boys tend to like things like that.

look at an upscale toy shop. or on the information superhighway and detect a toy bike like the only he needs. Then provide him a piggie economic business enterprise with some quarters in it and say that's his fee savings for that bike. Then get him a sparkling outfit. Or a cutting-edge cerficate to the shop that he loves the main. the wonderful present which you are going to be able to provide him is a few time and interest.

get him a once in a lifetime gift, like a flying lessons, or a trip in a helicopter across yuor city. Maybe a dirt road day? There is a company called red letter days in england, i am not sure if there is those in America, but they are certainly worth it and something different and memorable!

Maybe a gift voucher for his favourite shop, or a chain if he like jewellery you can usually pick up chunky silver ones for around that price range. Or maybe something for his car if he drives, guys always like that. Good luck, I hope you find a great pressie for him!

Maybe a watch with an inscription. I think it needs to be a meaningful gift.

DVD's, video games, CD's are usually the best bets, if you know his tastes. If not a gift certificate is always good.

It depends entirely on your son's interests. Does he like books, video games, music, MONEY, clothes, home-made gifts, etc?
