to a boy or a girl ,be polite but Frank to the person and express your feelings straight .don't beat around the bush and expect the person to get your hint cause it will take loads of time or may never happen and most people appreciate frankness

appreciate them. e.g. tell them how nice they look, how nice they are, how ur personalities match etc etc. this way it's subtle wht ur doing in case they dont hav the same feelings for u, u can jst say that i was jst complimenting u. whereas if they do like u, they will take up ur prompts by complimenting u n spending more time with u...relationships r subtle bt easy enough to navigate once u recognise the little little signals. good luck!
