4 every person is different.
Am not the same person.
Am 28 now. I like been at home, spent time with my friends at my home or there's, playing music, and doing exercise.
And i was travelling more.
Now i have more responsibilities.
I still go out with my friends, but i don't like spending bad my money.
I like playing music with them, but i can't spent many days with them.

I'm 29, can I still answer? lol
It's different for both sexes. But both do a fair amount of growing up in these years. At 28, life gets a little more serious, you tend to know what you are wanting out of life about that time, you realize a whole lot of mistakes, you realize you have been clueless up until now and probably still are, you start wanting different things out of a partner and out of life, some start thinking more seriously about children and long term relationships...You become more thankful and appreciative....this list goes on and on.

I am 25. The age 28 is no difference. It depends on how you keep up with your looks, lifestyle and health. Work out everyday it builds up your self stem. I know a few people that are under 28 and already look old.

I'm older than that but those three years were pretty meteoric in my life. At 25 I took a year out and travelled the world. At 26 I met my (now) husband. At 27 I moved in with him. At 28 we got engaged. At 29 I got a fab new job and we got married. Yup - I was a busy girl back then.

I just turned 28yrs old a couple of days ago.. Well for one it reminds me that I will be 30 in a very short time and need to set my priorities right. I also view life in a different way, mature way. Am more relaxed not in a hurry to do things that are not worth it...... I enjoy being by myself, love every moment of life. I notice the beauty around me everyday...
At 25 I always thought I had enough time on my side....Always was in a rush to do this and that.. never really had time for myself… Never really knew what I wanted out of life apart from making money….

Age is an apporition and so is maturity. The brain only fully matures at 25, but if you drank alot when you were younger you may have diminished your ability to hit you peak mental maturity.
28 you may think you have more answers, but the truth is when your ninety and pooping your pants it doesn't matter anymore and you realize all that stuff about maturity does not matter a bit when you done lost your mind with children and grand children.

you start getting scared of crossing the '30' boundary, start worrying about the future, but apart from that. not much. you dont look much older. you probably have a better job so have nicer clothes, a car, and get on the property ladder

You're two years closer to the big one so you try to cram everything in. People say you slow down when you get older I think thats rubbish.
