What do u really need, money or knowledge?
If u are really interested in higher education, Go fot the M. tech. because it will stimulate your ideas and help u to gain your skills u can also gain time to improve upon communication. then join a company and work for a few years, in the mean time prepare for MBA and do it. If possible go for a job now! Instead of doing M. tech go for a job then apply for MBA. It helps. It is always important that u do your MBA from a good B' school, your present condition will land you in a B grade institution, so go for a job and try to enter an A+ grade institute like the IIMs or XLRI. etc.

If you are strong in technical and analytical skills and would be interested in a research or academic career, go for M.Tech. If you want a high paying, high profile job, go for MBA and you can develop your communication and social skills.
