Why won't my avatar activate on Yahoo Answers?

I have all my other avatars working. They all showed "Add
Avatar" when submitting. But trying to activate on two of my accounts, it keeps saying "No Avatar".

Have you checked the file size? If it's too big the upload won't work. Also check the file format. It should be either .jpg or .gif

Either that or you are trying to upload too many.

how many avatars do you have out there?
