Go to http://www.avast.com and do a scan on their homepage. Then REBOOT AFTER the Viruses have been removed. THEN go back and download their FREE Virus Program then REBOOT again and you will be OK.
Be sure to INSTALL Avast before you shut down and reboot the second time

I got the exacted same little bastards on my computer this week!! As well as something called Flashy.exe that messed up all my folders on my USB flash drive (memory stick). I had McAfee VirusScan Enterprise Version 8.5 on my computer which could not detect and destroy it. So, I downloaded the "superdat" file (created January 2007) from McAfee's website, which I updated the virusscanner with. After I ran virusscan it found and automatically deleted it.
Hope you succeed

Clearly your AV program is not doing it's job.
Download Nod32 AV it will do the job at present it's free for 30 days however after 30 days if you un-install you can re-install or you can buy it, it is the best AV program I've ever run.

Go to http://www.mbusbyuk.info/links.html and scroll down the page to free online virus & spyware scans.
Select Panda from the free virus scanners.
When you get to the site, click on Scan My Computer.
When it asks you to select which part of your computer to scan, click on My Computer.
This should fix your problem.
Good Luck.
