Can she see the contact? is she sure it didn't move or already fall out? I've rarely had this problem, but the few times I did I took two fingers, thumb and index finger, and placed them on each side of my eyeball around the contact and lightly squeezed. the contact acts like a suction cup when it hits your eyeball, so pushing on it from both sides will often make it collapse and then fall out. If that doesn't work tell her to close her eye and rub her eyelids like she is sleepy. After she rubs for a while she will def feel it dislodge because it will irritate her when it moves to another part of her eye, then she can take it out. Doing this may damage the lens though. tell her to always make sure her eyes are well lubricated

First of all.... is she SURE she's got the contact in her eye ?? I wore contacts for 7 years and once in a blue moon I would lose a contact and think it was still stuck in my eye somewhere.. I would keep thinking I saw it but what I was actually seeing was the thin-clear-skinlike lining of my eye moving about cause I kept poking it.. lol

But if she is SURE it is in her eye or it is on her iris and cornea (where it is supposed to be with proper wearing) I do have some suggestions..

If contact it is not in its proper position and stuck somewheres in her eye :

Flushing the eye with a ton of saline solution can sometimes work.

Sometimes if you insert the OTHER CONTACT into your eye it will stick to the one that won't come out and both will come out.

Ignoring it and just blinking as normal sometimes would work for me.. It's a bit uncomfortable but usually if all else failed, suddenly my contact would just pop out of my eye.

If it IS in its proper position:

I'd tell her go to the doctor, it could actually have grown into the eye and could cause a really nasty infection..
