If survival skills such as hunting and making fire were taught in schools, would that cause a reduction or an increase in crime?

This can only be true if one of the major causes of crime is due to a lack of ability to hunt and make fire, neither of which are required in modern society.
Crime is generally egotism combined with an antisocial environment. This is more prevalent in poverty situations, which is what makes it appear to be *caused* by poverty.

Surviving skills such as hunting and making fire has no connection with the crime rate. Poverty and greed are the main causes of humans resorting to crimes.

I think there would be a drop in crime because kids only do those things because theyre not allowed to and they just want to be rebels. If it was taught in school and was made to seem like it was ok then they would be less likely to do it.
