I have some trouble cleaning my laptop display and even more fear finding out myself how to do best.

The biggest problem is to remove dust at the very beginning since every tool that might be display-friendly enough produces dust itself.

Also, there are always stains remaining, even if I use a completely new towel.

Please hints for use with basic household tools only.

Use any Antistatic cleaner available in market.
Also make sure to use soft lint free cloth.

I just use water and a soft tissue.

Rub firmly but gently for stubborn stains.
