...The snow has melted and it's raining "cats n dogs". My yard is flooded. It's a slab home, with furnace ducts in/under the slab. The water sloshes each time the furnace runs. The sump pumps at hardware store won't fit into 4x10 inch duct area.

You can purchase a small pump that is operated by a drill. It uses garden hoses for it's inlet, and outlet connections.

Another choice is the ever popular shop vac... you can even get these with water pump options.

Lets see.. one more idea... a fountain pump from a garden supply .... just run the tubing out the door, instead of letting it recirculate.

And for a totally unorthodox method... use a windshield fluid pump, hehehe ... though... with the tiny tubing, this might take the longest of all the methods, hehehe.

Good Luck

Try a shop vac. And next time you buy a house stay away from underground duct work. It will always be a problem.
