230V is way too low to conduct through air. That is there will be no sparks. However, if you touched a 230V wire to a lightning arrester pole, the contact point would explode due to the intense heat of a high current, causing the next upstream fuse or circuit breaker to trip. Make sure you wear eye protection before trying.
