First of all Israels ambassador in USA is Sallai Meridor. Not Lieberman. So your question is assuming an event that havent taken place. And you refer Lieberman of being gay. Refering to wikipedia Lieberman have been married twice. French kissing is refered to tongue to tongue kissing. There is a videocapture of a greeting between president Bush and Lieberman. Refering to this as being a greeting of deep romantic and sexual kiss depends on the person. As a heterosexual I cannot see anything romantic or sexual in that greet but I suspect that maybe if someone is extreme homophobic or homosexual they can consider it to be a greet in deep sexual and romantic daylight.
